In a secure residence 500m from the sea, comfortable and modern 3-room villa of 63m² ideal for holidays with family or friends!
Composed of a living/dining room, a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, hotplates) and upstairs 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 + 1 bed 90 and 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140), toilets, 2 shower rooms.
A beautiful terrace and a small garden: ideal for relaxing during the day or in the evening!

In case of bad weather: Plan a visit to the Toy Museum in Valras or the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sérignan. Otherwise, relax at the Spa or Casino!
All amenities within a few minutes' walk: supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist.
Shopping? Sérignan commercial area is 4 km away and Béziers Polygone is 20 minutes away.
