It is located in the very center of Rouen and more precisely in the heart of the antiques district, 10 minutes walk from the SNCF train station, 5 minutes from the famous Place du Vieux Marché and at the foot of the best shops and restaurants in Rouen.
Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, this superb, bright, contemporary apartment offers all the comforts you need for a wonderful stay in Normandy. Everything has been designed to make you feel right at home!
To kick off your stay, you can gather around the island for a friendly moment, then head to the living room for a wild game of foosball. Finally, movie buffs can enjoy a cinema area equipped with a video projector allowing them to watch and rewatch their favorite films.
Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), the maximum capacity is 4 people. The apartment is composed as follows:
- A fitted American-style kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, worktop, plenty of storage space, kitchen utensils, etc.);
- A large living room with a lounge area equipped with a magnificent sofa which also serves as a bed (convertible into a double bed 140x200cm);
- A games area with a real table football table that will remind you of your early childhood;
- A cinema room equipped with a video projector;
- Night side a beautiful master suite equipped with a Queen size bed (160x200 cm), a television and an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower;
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm and life of Rouen, while remaining peaceful.
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
NB: The apartment has a secure underground parking space.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. We thank you for your understanding.
By staying in our apartment, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.
We will be happy to accompany our travelers throughout their stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
The accommodation is located in the famous antiques district (Saint-Maclou) in the very center of Rouen, close to all the main tourist attractions of the city (the Gros Horloge is less than 5 minutes away on foot).
You are also close to all shops and cultural centers.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
