No road in front of you, not overlooked, the beach is immediately accessible by a private staircase from your terrace or from the small garden leading to the master bedroom.

Recently renovated and fully equipped, we offer a stay in a bright apartment with panoramic views of the sea and Trouville beach. It is located in the famous Bonsecours district, equidistant from Roches Noires and the Casino. You will immediately be charmed by its seafront terrace offering magnificent sunsets and its exceptional panoramic view of the beach.
We have tried to do our utmost to make our family apartment a real place of relaxation and sharing, allowing you to recharge your batteries, enjoy life in Trouville and discover our beautiful region.
Arranged on two levels, our apartment is arranged as follows:
Main level:
- a beautiful equipped kitchen + a back kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher and all the equipment necessary to cook delicious meals with family or friends) opening onto a living/dining room area with direct access to the terrace offering a breathtaking view.
Lower level:
- 1 beautiful bedroom equipped with a Queen size bed 160x200cm offering direct access to a small garden with direct access to the beach.
- 1 second indoor bedroom equipped with a Queen size bed 160x200cm.
- 1 small bedroom organized as a children's dormitory with 2 single beds 90x200cm.
- 1 bathroom: 1 spacious walk-in shower.
The residence is secure and peacefully located. The location is steeped in history; you won't miss the view of Trouville's historic villas from the terrace.
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, dishwasher, etc. As well as a garden furniture set with table, chairs and 1 deckchair. Please note that the accommodation does not have a TV, it is the ideal place to disconnect during your stay.
Please note that breakfast is not included in the rental and that the accommodation does not have private parking spaces.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise on the terraces must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. We thank you for your understanding.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

The apartment is ideally located in the famous Bon Secours district, on the boardwalk of Trouville-sur-Mer and just a few minutes' walk from the Casino, the Cures Marines and the resort's best restaurants.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
