Our stunning apartment is located next to the famous Roches Noires. You'll be immediately captivated by its 40m² terrace, its prime beachfront location, and its panoramic sea view.
It is a true little paradise to enjoy life in Trouville and discover our beautiful region.
The apartment is arranged as a duplex and can accommodate up to 8 people.
After 2 small steps giving you access to the apartment, on the ground floor you will find:
- a large living/dining room with direct access to the terrace offering a breathtaking view of the beach and the sea.
- a beautiful kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped (with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, and all the equipment necessary to cook delicious meals with family or friends).
- 1 master suite
Upstairs:
- 3 bedrooms (2 are equipped with double beds, one of which has an adjoining bathroom and 1 bedroom is equipped with single beds 90x200cm)
- 2 bathrooms with Italian showers
The residence is located in a quiet area, just a stone's throw from the famous Roches Noires. The place is full of history, and we will be sure to reveal its secrets to you upon your arrival :)
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.
Please note that breakfast is not included in the rental.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise on the terraces must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. We thank you for your understanding.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

The apartment is ideally located in the famous Roches Noires district, on the boardwalk of Trouville-sur-Mer and just minutes from the Casino, the Cures Marines and the resort's best restaurants.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
