Our apartment is located in a fisherman's house, in the heart of Trouville-sur-Mer (more precisely between the beach and the casino), close to the best shops and restaurants in town and less than 2 minutes' walk from the sea.

Located 50 meters from the famous casino and the marine cures of Trouville, this superb cocooning apartment boasts an exceptional location allowing you to enjoy the city's attractions in a quiet environment. The accommodation is located in a small condominium, typical of Trouville, on the 3rd floor (no elevator).
With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the apartment (arranged as a duplex) is composed as follows:
- A living room with a fully equipped open kitchen opening onto a small lounge area for 4 people (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso), storage, kitchen utensils, etc.);
- On the night side, you will find a cozy master suite with quality bedding (140x200cm) and adjoining shower room. Separate WC;
- Upstairs, under the roof, 2 small single beds and a desk allowing those wishing to enjoy the Normandy air to come and telework (fiber).
Fully optimized and tastefully renovated, this charming little pied-à-terre will offer you all the comforts necessary for a wonderful Norman stay. Everything has been designed to make you feel at home! Please note, the accommodation is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator (typical of Trouville fishermen's houses).
Please note that the accommodation does not have shutters or a blackout system.
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi (fiber), Smart TV (to connect to your Canal, Youtube, Netflix accounts, etc.), iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
NB: The apartment does not have a private parking space. However, private parking (for a fee) is located at the end of the street.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. We thank you for your understanding.
By staying in our apartment, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.
We will be happy to accompany our travelers throughout their stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
The accommodation is located in a small street parallel to the beach and the Trouville boards, less than 50m from the casino, the sea, the shops and less than 15 minutes walk from the SNCF train station.

Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
