The studio is not very big, but very well laid out and optimized.
Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, it includes:
- a mezzanine with a comfortable double mattress on the floor;
- a functional shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a relaxation area with a sofa.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Washing machine, Fan, Microwave, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Please note that there are different access codes in the building for your security.
The location of the accommodation is popular with travelers. The neighbors are discreet.
Furthermore, it is ideally located:
- in a safe and quiet area (no street noise);
- at the foot of metro lines 3 and 11 which serve Châtelet and République;
- right next to the Museum of Arts and Crafts and the George Pompidou Center;
- close to many typical Asian restaurants (the quality/price ratio is very good).
For more variety, I recommend strolling along Rue des Gravilliers or Rue Rambuteau.
There is a "Carrefour City" supermarket 200 m from the building for your small daily purchases.

Inseparable from the famous Marais district, which also extends over most of the 4th arrondissement and constitutes the quietest part, the 3rd arrondissement is one of the most pleasant places in Paris to live, as long as you like peace and quiet. A "sophisticated village," the 3rd arrondissement contains several open-air markets, a huge covered flower market, and numerous specialty food shops, particularly along Rue de Bretagne.
