Magnificent 18 square meter studio located in the 7th arrondissement of Paris.
ArrayCharming, it will seduce you for a professional or tourist stay and can accommodate up to 2 people.
Ideally located, it is close to the Champ de Mars (850 m) and the Eiffel Tower!

Located in Paris, the accommodation is comfortable, stylish, bright and consists of a room opening onto a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a convertible sofa, and a shower with WC.
You will have everything you need to have an excellent stay, namely: Nespresso coffee machine (large capsule), kettle, toaster, oven/microwave (2 in 1), television, iron, hair dryer, washing machine/dryer (2 in 1);
You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll throughout the city and its surroundings! The apartment is located near the Ecole Militaire metro station which is 100 meters away, the Hôtel des Invalides (4 min walk), the Champ de Mars (10 min walk), the Eiffel Tower theater (12 min walk) and the Eiffel Tower (15 min walk).
You will also find bars, shops and restaurants nearby. A Carrefour City supermarket is 140 m from the accommodation.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share my favorites with you.

The 7th arrondissement is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. It's home to the Eiffel Tower, one of the world's most famous monuments, as well as numerous administrative buildings and seats of power (the National Assembly, several ministries, embassies, etc.). Finally, it's also home to some of the capital's wealthiest people. The Faubourg Saint Germain dates back to the 18th century and still boasts remarkable architecture today.
In addition, it provides easy access to the Latin Quarter (Mabillon, Odéon) as well as the Louvre Museum, Champs Elysées, Pont Alexandre 3, etc.
