Located on the 1st floor without elevator, it includes:
- a sleeping area with a double bed;

- a fully equipped kitchen;
- and a dining area with table and chairs.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Fan, Microwave, Nespresso Coffee Machine, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The studio is located at the foot of metro line 8.
You will find a "Franprix" supermarket 400 m from the building for your small daily purchases.

The 12th arrondissement of Paris is one of its largest arrondissements, even before considering the immense Bois de Vincennes, which is attached to it. Aside from the neighboring districts of Bastille, Gare de Lyon, and Bercy, the 12th arrondissement is located in the suburbs. The Coulée Verte, or footbridge located near Place de la Bastille, at the intersection of Rue de Lyon and Rue de Charenton, extends to the Périphérique, following a former railway line that carried goods to the Port d'Arsenal.
