Ideally located just minutes from Bourg d'Erquy beach and the town center, this beautiful stone house offers a warm and friendly setting for your seaside stays. With a capacity of 7 people, it is perfect for holidays with family or friends.
Enjoy Bourg beach just a few minutes' walk away, as well as the sublime beaches of Lourtuais and Portuais, ideal for swimming, walks and lovers of wild landscapes.
The center of Erquy, with its shops, lively market and all its amenities, is just a few minutes away, allowing you to fully enjoy local life.
This house offers you:
On the ground floor:
- A large, bright living room with lounge (sofa, armchairs, TV, Hi-Fi) and dining table for 7 guests;
- A closed kitchen with: sink, oven, fridge-freezer, 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, filter coffee maker, electric mixer/blender, kettle, toaster and various other accessories (citrus press, grater, chopping board, utensils);
- A bedroom equipped with a standard double bed (160x200cm);
- A bathroom with bathtub;
- separate WC;
On the 1st floor:
- A bedroom offering two twin single beds (80x200cm) as well as a water point (sink + mirror);
- A second bedroom with three standard size single beds (90x190cm);

- Garage available for storage only (bicycles, beach items, etc.)
