In Erquy, at the Lanruen estate, a 25ha private residence by the sea, 3.5km from the shopping centre, this charming house facing the sea is semi-detached on one side, located just at the entrance to the estate, around 100m from the beach and hiking trails (GR34).
On the raised ground floor:

On the 2nd attic floor:
- A bedroom with 2 single beds, large skylight with panoramic view.
