The owner's note, Lola
The Neige et Soleil residence, a 4-story building with no elevator, is located in the Soleil district of Plan-Peisey, next to the shops. This 1980s building has an entrance 50 meters from the road and an external staircase. It features southwest-facing facades and beautiful panoramic views. The slopes and ski lessons are 200 meters away.
A free, uncovered communal car park is approximately 200 metres away and there are a few roadside spaces near the building.
43m² apartment located on the ground floor in a residence close to the slopes and shops.

The apartment faces south and has a terrace.

Free public outdoor parking nearby. Reservations are not possible.
Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You can book your ski lift passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
You will receive a Swikly link approximately ten days before your arrival to deposit your security deposit by credit card. This deposit must be paid before your arrival. No keys will be released without a deposit.
INFORMATION: Furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from beds, but must be left clean. Beds must be properly unmade with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge debited from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the replacement of the furniture.
