The owner's note, Lola
The Belvédère residence is a 1970s building located in a quiet area of the Aiguilles district, at an altitude of 1,650 m in the Plan-Peisey resort. The apartments offer panoramic views from the southeast to the southwest. The ski slopes are just 50 meters away, and within a 100-meter radius you will find the resort center, ski school, and shops.
Bright 31m² apartment, rated 2*, fully renovated, located on the 4th floor without elevator (entrance on the 3rd) in a quiet residence in Plan Peisey, on the edge of the slopes.
Rented for 4-5 people, it is composed of an entrance with a single folding bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a shower room with washing machine and separate WC, a kitchen area opening onto a living room with a sofa bed.
The apartment faces southwest and has immediate access to the slopes.
Amenities: Dishwasher, family refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction hob. Washing machine. Television. Rented with a ski locker. Paid Wi-Fi available at the agency upon reservation.

Possibility of using the closed and uncovered parking located at the foot of the residence depending on availability and without reservation.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. Reservations are not possible.
Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered as an additional charge. You can book your ski lift passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
You will receive a Swikly link approximately ten days before your arrival to deposit your security deposit by credit card. This deposit must be paid before your arrival. No keys will be released without a deposit.
INFORMATION: Furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from beds, but must be left clean. Beds must be properly unmade with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge debited from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the replacement of the furniture.
