Ski-in and ski-out: this residence, located less than a 5-minute walk from the shops and on the edge of the slopes, offers quality apartments with beautiful views. Access is by car for unloading luggage, and there is free, covered communal parking less than 100 meters away. The level 0 entrance is accessible to people with reduced mobility as it leads directly to the elevators.
Please note that the elevators do not serve certain floors and it is necessary to take the stairs for certain apartments (contact us).
Quality 42m2 duplex apartment, partly renovated, on the 4th floor of a residence with elevator offering direct access to the slopes.
It is composed of a living room with a 1-person sofa and an open-plan kitchen, opening onto a south/east-facing balcony, a bathroom with a separate WC.
Upstairs, a bathroom, a bedroom with 3 single beds and a bedroom with 1 double bed.
Please note that the ceiling height of the upper floor is less than 1.80m.
Equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, TV.
Rented with a ski locker. Paid Wi-Fi available upon reservation.
Beds: 1 double bed, 3 single beds and 1 single sofa.
Sanitary facilities: a bathroom with 2 separate toilets.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. Reservations are not possible.
Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You can book your ski lift passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
You will receive a Swikly link approximately ten days before your arrival to deposit your security deposit by credit card. This deposit must be paid before your arrival. No keys will be released without a deposit.
INFORMATION: Furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from beds, but must be left clean. Beds must be properly unmade with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge debited from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the replacement of the furniture.
