It is located on the floor, the building has two entrances, we provide you with a code to use the entrance that is closer to the supermarket and go down to the floor.
From the gardens of the establishment, there is direct access to the promenade that leads to the coast, the coves and the sandy beach of El Pirata.
The modern and bright exterior of the property overlooks the sea and the pool. It features a spacious and functional layout, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Renovated in May 2020, sustainability was taken into account when choosing materials and designing the property.
One of the highlights is the view, as it has a large window to enjoy the view of the sea, the pool and the manicured gardens.
The living/dining room has a chaise longue in front of the wall-mounted smart TV, a three-person bar with comfortable seating, from where one can also work thanks to the high-speed internet, inspired by the view.
The bedroom is equipped with a 1.5 meter wide double bed, a chest of drawers for storing suitcases and another smart TV opposite the bed.
