The building, located in Gran Canaria, one of the most beautiful islands in the Canary Islands, opened its doors in July 2023 and belongs to the municipality of Telde, between the beaches of Melenara (140 meters away) and Salinetas (250 meters away). Sustainability has been taken into account, and it is equipped with smart locks so you can forget about the possible problems that keys can cause.
Melenara Beach is 350 meters long and 30 meters wide, with black volcanic sand and a large number of restaurants that will allow you to enjoy the rich and varied local cuisine. Melenara is a quiet and very familiar beach, with parking and a spa, with bathing service, adapted for the disabled, lifeguard service throughout the year, children's playground and Blue Flag.
The "Atenea" apartment is located on the floor and features a terrace, two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom. It is accessible, exterior, soundproof, modern, and bright, with capacity for three people and all the comforts you could wish for.
