Thank you very much for taking the time to read the description of the beautiful Canteras Sand Reef holiday home by CanariasGetaway.
Completely renovated in June 2023, less than 45 meters from the best urban beach in the world and in the city center of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
Located on a pedestrian street that leads to Las Canteras beach, right in the area known as Playa Grande, due to its large expanse of sand.
To access the building, you must climb four steps. Once inside the building, you can use the ramp that leads directly to the elevator.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a five-story building, it is exterior, very bright and cool.
Everything is integrated into one space, except for the bathroom, which makes it very spacious and comfortable.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, washing machine and dryer in one unit, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine and small household appliances.
It has a comfortable two-seater sofa, very pleasant for reading or enjoying the 43-inch Smart TV with an articulated arm that allows you to watch it from anywhere in the house.
The 1.5 meter wide bed with a quality, medium-firm mattress has a chest for storing beach items and above it there is a ceiling fan with remote control, it also has adjustable reading lights on the sides.
To access the bathroom there is a small step of five centimeters, the door is sliding to maximize space, it has a large window, so it is very bright, like the whole house, a shower tray with screen, a cupboard to store cleaning utensils, a toilet with double flush and a sink with storage space.
The house is ideal for couples who come to discover and enjoy the island, offering the possibility of teleworking thanks to high-speed Wi-Fi.
It has been designed with sustainability in mind, as although it is very bright, all the lighting is LED, the appliances are low consumption, it has water flow regulators and recycling bins.
It also comes with smart locks, so you can go to the beach or explore the island during the day without worrying about keys.
