This magnificent villa is located in a peaceful area close to Marbella town center and the beach.
A perfect location for exploring the old town and the beach promenade. Accommodating up to 9 people, it includes 4 bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms, a toilet, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a terrace with a seating area near the pool and garden. The tennis center is 500 meters away; a large park with barbecue areas, a soccer field, and a tennis court is located opposite the villa; a large gym is within walking distance.
With a maximum capacity of 9 people (if a small child can use the cot - otherwise max. 8 people), there are two bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and a terrace.
The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped with modern appliances. You'll also find a large private pool and barbecue area. The location is perfect. Most of our guests arrive without a car, as everything you need is within walking distance. A car can be parked in our secure, gated parking lot. Enjoy our barbecue and outdoor dining and relaxation area. Sun loungers are located by the pool. Wi-Fi is included.

The villa is located in a quiet area and only a 15-minute walk from Marbella town center, the old town and the beaches of Marbella.
Just a 5-minute walk, 200 meters, you can access the Sports Center where in addition to spectacular views of the coast, you can practice sports such as tennis, padel, football, basketball....
Just a 10-minute drive away, you will find beaches and some famous beach bars and restaurants (Café del Mar, Los Sardinales, La Pesquera, Puente Romano, Don Carlos Beach Club, Los Caños, El Fuerte Beach Club, Victor's Beach, La Cabane, Nikki Beach, Suite del Mar, Trocadero Arena) serving delicious local and international dishes.

The largest shopping center on the Costa del Sol, La Canada, is just 4 km (5 minutes by car) away. Here you'll find a wide variety of products, from clothing to food to building materials. The famous Puerto Banús, located 8 km away, is a luxury marina where you can find many luxury yachts, restaurants and fashion boutiques.

The pool is 12 meters long and 5 meters wide. When you enter the pool, the depth is 60 cm and drops to 2 meters at the deepest point at the far end of the pool.
