Fantastic beach apartment just 80 meters from the beach, 5 km east of Marbella.
Residential Playa Alicate is located on the third row from the beach and is located in a pleasant suburb of Marbella, called El Rosario. The complex is fully fenced with a security guard at night.
The beach is one of the best on the coast due to its sandy surface and the sea water level from the shore which slowly slopes towards deeper water and is therefore very suitable for young children.
The apartment is located in a quiet, family-friendly complex. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and private parking in the underground garage. The complex includes 2 swimming pools and 1 children's pool.
One pool area, including the small children's pool, is closed during the low season from October 1 to March 31.
From the hall, the living room is on your left, the kitchen straight ahead and the bedrooms and bathrooms on your right.
The living room is bright and features a dining table for 6 people, a sofa, and two separate armchairs. Passing through the sofa area, you enter the approximately 20 m² terrace through sliding doors, which features a dining table for 6 people. The terrace faces east and receives sun from morning until late afternoon. The terrace offers sea views.
The functional kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, and oven. There is direct access from the kitchen to the terrace.
The master bedroom also has direct access to the terrace and has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, bidet, sink, and a bathtub/shower combination. The other bedroom has two single beds. Each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe. The second bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet.
TV and WIFI
In Spain, all television is received via satellite. The channels are mainly Spanish, with some international channels. There is free Wi-Fi in the apartment.
You don't need a car with this holiday home as everything is within walking distance; beach, supermarket, bakery, stationery and restaurants.
You can take a walk along the beach towards the west and along the beach you will find all kinds of restaurants, bars and beach clubs and the typical Spanish chiringuitos (beach bars). Discover Bono's Beach or South Beach with entertainment throughout the summer holidays.
The distance to the charming old town of Marbella is 5 km and it takes 15 minutes by car to reach the famous port of Puerto Banús, where you will find high-end designer boutiques, exclusive yachts, fast cars, nightclubs and bars and a wide variety of restaurants.
Also in the middle of Europe's largest golf region with over 30 golf courses.

Crib and high chair:
We would be happy to arrange a crib and high chair for you. The price for one week is 30 euros. For two weeks, it's 50 euros, including bed linen. Ask at the office.
Change of sheets and towels:
If you need to change your sheets and towels during your stay, please let us know when you book. The price is 10 euros per person. Ask at the office.
Late handover of keys:
Office hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Arrival after office hours with additional charge:
Between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.: 30 euros
Between 9 p.m. and midnight: 50 euros
After midnight: 75 euros.
