The 47 m² accommodation, with capacity for 2 people, has a semi-independent bedroom, an open-plan kitchen and a comfortable living room with a magnificent balcony where you can enjoy pleasant evenings.

The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The accommodation is located behind La Luz Park and 400 meters from the sandy beach "Las Canteras." It has all the necessary services, including supermarkets and various shops. The beach area has a large avenue where you can also find all kinds of shops, services, and activities. There is also a very wide range of restaurants, bars, and cafes.
In the Santa Catalina Park, about 15 minutes walk away, you will find the "Santa Catalina" bus interchange, with all the lines to explore the island, such as the town of Teror 30 km away, the Tamadaba Natural Park 66 km away.
The south of the island is also highly recommended to explore: the large beach of Maspalomas with its magnificent dunes, or the town of Mogán, with a fishing port of great tradition.
In the south you can also find the pleasures of a water park: "Aqualand Maspalomas" or an amusement park: "Holiday World"
But enjoying Las Cateras beach is always a highly recommended option.
