Cozy and comfortable studio holiday home in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, very close to Las Canteras beach.
The 45 m² accommodation, with a capacity of 2 people, has a semi-independent bedroom separated from the living room by a shelf-type piece of furniture, an open kitchen, a bathroom and a comfortable living room with a large balcony where you can enjoy pleasant evenings.
The apartment has everything you need: iron, unlimited Internet access (wifi), hairdryer, air conditioning, 1 Smart TV.
The fully equipped kitchenette has a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The accommodation is located behind La Luz Park and 400 m from the sandy beach "Las Canteras". It has all the necessary services in the surrounding area, namely supermarkets and shops. The beach area has a large avenue where you can also find all kinds of shops, services and activities to do. There is also a wide range of restaurants, bars, cafes, etc.
In the Santa Catalina Park, about a 15-minute walk away, you will find the "Santa Catalina" bus interchange, with all the bus lines to explore the island such as the village of Teror at 30km, the Tamadaba Natural Park at 66km.
The south of the island is also highly recommended to explore: Maspalomas beach with its wonderful dunes, or the village of Mogán, with its traditional fishing port.
In the south you can also find the fun of a water park: "Aqualand Maspalomas" or an amusement park: "Holiday World".
But enjoying Las Cateras beach is always a highly recommended option.
The "Playa de Las Canteras" is a long stretch of sand, occupying approximately 3800 meters of coastline, which extends along the bay.
Las Canteras is one of the best urban beaches in the country and the world, boasting a pleasant climate almost year-round. It's the perfect place in the capital to relax, where time stands still and you can play sports any day of the week, whether in a swimsuit, bikini, goggles and snorkel, paddleboard (beach rackets), or surfboard.
