This 60 m2 house, fully furnished, includes a large independent double bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Fully equipped with everything you need, internet connection with unlimited Wi-Fi, iron, hairdryer, TV... Perfect for enjoying a relaxing holiday on the beach as well as in cultural sites.
The kitchen, integrated into the living room, is American style, equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

"Las Canteras Beach is a long stretch of sand, occupying some 3,800 meters of coastline, which extends along the bay.
Las Canteras is one of the best urban beaches in the country and the world, as it's a great place to be almost year-round. It's the place in the capital where you can relax, where time stands still, and where you can play sports every day of the week, in a swimsuit, bikini, goggles and snorkel, paddleboard (beach paddles), or surfboard.
It's also a major marine life reserve. Its seabed is home to a thousand types of fish. On land, it's a haven for walkers, fishermen, and surfers. And it has a special feature. This feature is what locals call "La Barra," a long rock formation that extends not far from the sand and protects a large part of the beach from the tides, transforming it into a natural saltwater pool when the tide is low. A curious line of stones makes the bay the best place on this side of the globe for swimming, as the salty sea makes it easy to float and, with swimming goggles, gives the impression of being inside a large aquarium.
And if you're up for a walk, we recommend the long promenade that winds along the sand, passing cafes and ice cream parlors. At the beginning of the promenade, you'll find the terraces of La Puntilla and fresh fish restaurants. At the other end of the beach, the surfing atmosphere surrounds the La Conciergerieo Kraus auditorium, with more terraces and cafes facing the sea.
Las Canteras is Playa Cambiante. It will never be the same place as the day before. It will be completely different. And that's another of its peculiarities. It always remains in
the same place, but it's always different.
