With a spacious 85 m² layout and pool views, this property offers a comfortable and welcoming environment in the enchanting setting of the Montgrí Baix Ter Natural Park and close to the famous Medes Islands Marine Reserve.
Ideally located, the property is just 200 meters from the supermarket, making grocery shopping easy and convenient. The town center is 1,000 meters away and the sandy beach is just 750 meters from the house, offering an excellent opportunity for relaxation by the sea. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the EMPORDÀ GOLF CLUB golf course, located 9 kilometers away.
