Located in a quiet suburban area, this accommodation is ideally located 1500 m from the supermarket, 3 km from the sandy beach and the town center, 9 km from the Empordà Golf Club golf course and 25 km from Flaçà train station. Girona – Costa Brava Airport is approximately 55 km away.
The villa is well-appointed with features such as a furnished garden, a fenced plot, a terrace, a barbecue, a fireplace, an iron, a private pool, and open-air parking within the grounds. Entertainment options include a TV and Wi-Fi.
