Welcome to our holiday home, nestled on the mountainside of Torre Moratxa, just a 5-minute drive from the beach. Enjoy a peaceful setting with exceptional views of the sea and the bay, as well as a private swimming pool (9m x 4m).
The semi-detached house has 3 spacious bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 160 cm beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds) and a bathroom with a bathtub. Two bedrooms have access to a large solarium terrace where you can enjoy the view.
On the main level, you will find a living room (TV and WIFI) dining room, a large, very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a shower room and WC as well as a terrace which will allow you to share your meals while enjoying the sea view.
At the pool level you will have access to a large relaxation area equipped with deckchairs and parasols, a games area with ping pong table and toilets.
Finally, the house has a garage, providing a secure space for your vehicle.
