Exclusively for your next vacation, come stay in this spacious chalet ideally located in the heart of the village of Saint Sorlin d'Arves, 5 minutes walk from the shops, the ESF and access to the slopes of the LES SYBELLES area.
This superb chalet with a surface area of approximately 200m² has:
On the ground floor, an entrance hall with storage, a relaxation area with table football, a lounge area with TV, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs, a magnificent living room composed of a cocooning corner with fireplace, a WC, a spacious dining area with huge bay windows opening onto a balcony from where you can admire the skiers and the view of the mountain as well as a modern kitchen with plenty of storage space.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge, an oven, an electric bean-to-cup coffee maker, a kettle, a raclette machine, a toaster, and all the crockery for 14 people!
On the 2nd floor, you will find a sleeping area with a total of 5 bedrooms including 3 bedrooms with a 160x200cm double bed and storage, a family bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed + 4 90x190cm single bunk beds and finally a mezzanine with two 80x200cm single beds.
For your comfort, the upper floor has a separate toilet and a shower room, and a bathroom.
The location of this chalet is very convenient for being at the heart of activities: only 200 meters to reach numerous shops (grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, ski shops, bars, restaurants, souvenir shops) as well as the tourist office, the ESF and the nursery.
Firewood is not included (the fireplace is an additional heater) and is offered as an option.
Pets are not allowed in this property.
