Superb chalet of approximately 100m², completely new and very comfortable for 8 people! It is located very close to the slopes and shops of Saint Sorlin d'Arves (5 min walk).
Its location and charm make it a very pleasant chalet for family holidays in the mountains.
This luxury accommodation is nestled in a recent residence and in a unique setting close to the slopes and the village but quiet from noise and prying eyes.
In the triplex, you will find an entrance with storage, a bathroom, a toilet, two bedrooms (one with a double bed of 160*200cm and the other with two single beds of 90*190). On the upper floor, two other bedrooms (one with a double bed of 160*200cm and the other with two single beds of 90*190cm), a shower room and a toilet.
Finally, upstairs, a living room with open kitchen, a lounge with TV and pellet stove to warm up winter evenings, a very large balcony high up with unobstructed views of the slopes and the mountain.
The accommodation is modern and equipped with electric shoe dryers at the entrance, a washing machine and a dryer, a dishwasher, a large fridge, an oven, an electric filter coffee maker and another with pods (KRUPS), a kettle, a toaster, a raclette and fondue set, a Monsieur Cuisine appliance, and all the crockery for 8 people!
