Spectacular villa with private pool just a 5-minute walk from Las Fuentes Beach and the marina, bars, restaurants and shops.
Located in C/Penya Ventosa, this beautiful villa enjoys an excellent location, in a very quiet and familiar environment.
The exterior of the house is spacious and private. It features a private pool (with weekly maintenance included) and a large garden surrounding the house. There's also a hammock for sunbathing. Finally, there's a barbecue area equipped for family lunches and dinners at any time of year.
The house has air conditioning, WIFI and parking for 2 cars.
Already inside the house, on the ground floor, we have the living room, with a high ceiling, and which, like the rest of the rooms in the house, stands out for its great spaciousness. It is equipped with two comfortable sofas, a television and even a small work area.
The independent kitchen is very well equipped, with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, etc. .... It provides access to a bright dining room, with large windows that make it an ideal place to eat in summer or winter.
Finally, on this level, a large outdoor terrace, with furniture for breakfast or lunch outdoors.
On the upper floor are the three bedrooms.
The first bedroom, with double bed, air conditioning, fitted wardrobe and private balcony.
The second bedroom, with double bed, air conditioning and fitted wardrobe.
The third bedroom, with two single beds, air conditioning and built-in wardrobe.
Also on this floor are two bathrooms, both with showers.
