The accommodation, completely renovated and of very good quality, can accommodate 4 people.
It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a very comfortable living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a TV.
The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and all basic kitchen utensils, as well as pots, pans and cutlery.
Finally, the jewel of the apartment, a cool terrace, ideally sized for 4 people, with beautiful views of the communal gardens and swimming pool.
The apartment does not have an allocated parking space, but the urbanization has free parking (there are more apartments than spaces, so there is not always space).
