Penthouse for rent in the Canaret building, less than a 5-minute walk from Moro Beach and Crisdan supermarket. Less than a 5-minute drive from the city center.
Canaret is a small urbanization, so it's very quiet and perfect for disconnecting. It has a communal swimming pool surrounded by a large garden, not very busy even in summer.
The apartment, with 2 bedrooms, can accommodate 6 people. With a private parking space and air conditioning in the living room, it is distributed as follows:
An open kitchen with ceramic hob, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, kitchen utensils and a coffee machine.
Then, a living-dining room with sofa bed, TV and dining table.
Access to the terrace, large and south-facing, with a pleasant view of the garden and the swimming pool.
The second terrace is huge and offers views of the mountainous part of Alcossebre.
