Playamar is an urbanization with an unbeatable location. Located opposite Cargador Beach, it's just a 2-minute walk from the town center, where you'll find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and shops.
The urbanization has a communal swimming pool surrounded by a garden.
The apartment, with WiFi, has 1 bedroom and can accommodate 4 people. It is distributed as follows:
One bedroom with two single beds, a built-in wardrobe and a private balcony overlooking the pool and garden.
Separate kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, pots, pans.....
Then, the bathroom, with a bathtub.
We continue with the living-dining room, which has a sofa bed for 2 people (recommended only 1 if you are an adult).
