Villa with private pool, barbecue, 2 levels, and over 1000 square meters of private land. Just a 5-minute walk from the center of Alcossebre and less than 10 minutes from Cargador Beach. Consum supermarket is a 1-minute drive away.
The house, with a built area of 130 square meters, has 2 heights and capacity for 8 people.
Lower floor:
Bedroom with a double bed, a small living room with a sofa, and a bathroom with a shower tray.
Upper floor:
Two bedrooms. The is very spacious and has a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds.
The independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The living-dining room is spacious and very bright, thanks to its large windows that let in fresh air. It has a portable air conditioner. It also has a new sofa bed for 2 people, as well as a dining area and a television.
The outdoor space is a true luxury for a family vacation. A private pool is open all season (with weekly maintenance), sun loungers, a barbecue and dining area, and a huge garden are all featured.
More than enough room for 4 or 5 cars.
The house is located in a rural setting, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located on Hilactes Street.
*Parties and youth groups are not permitted. 100% of the deposit may be forfeited if this rule is violated.
*Smoking is prohibited inside.
