Holiday home with 3 bedrooms, with capacity for 6 people, in the Palm Beach I development, in Alcocebre. Its main attraction is its large terrace which, as can be seen in the photos, is located in front of the garden and the communal pool, with direct access to it.
The house, with two floors and 95 square meters, is distributed as follows:
On the lower floor, a fully equipped independent kitchen (washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.), a bathroom with shower, and a spacious and bright living-dining room thanks to the large window overlooking the terrace.
