3 bedroom townhouse with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.
In Montesol, a very exclusive and quiet urbanization of townhouses, with a large communal swimming pool + children's pool, as well as a large garden for sunbathing.
It is a 2-minute drive from Las Fuentes Beach, and 3 minutes from Cargador Beach.
The townhouse, with parking and Wi-Fi, has three terraces. The , facing the sea, offers exceptional views and an outdoor dining area covered with a parasol.
The second terrace overlooks the back of the house, towards the mountain. It is very cool and ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner with the family during the summer months, in complete privacy.
The third terrace is located on the upper floor. The three bedrooms are located on this floor, and two of them have private access to the terrace, with mountain views. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There are 3 bedrooms and a total capacity of 5 people. The two double beds are queen-size, 1.50 m.
On the lower floor is the living-dining room, with a comfortable sofa, television and an island in the kitchen for eating.
