95 square meter bungalow for 6 people, with terrace with direct access to the swimming pool.
Palm Beach II is a family-friendly and, above all, very quiet development. It features four separate swimming pools, all with a garden area and beautiful palm trees. It is located 600 meters from Moro Beach and less than a 5-minute drive from the center of Alcossebre.
The bungalow, with private parking, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, and pool views. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and access to a private terrace. Both bedrooms are located on the upper floor, next to the main bathroom with a bathtub.
On the lower floor we have the kitchen, ceramic hob, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishes, kitchen utensils and a coffee machine.
Then, the living-dining room, with a sofa bed for 2 people, air conditioning, a dining table and direct access to the terrace.
As well as a bathroom with shower.
The terrace is spacious and cool, perfect for relaxing even during the hottest hours, thanks to its orientation.
From the terrace you have direct access through a small door to the swimming pool and the garden.
*Parties and youth groups are not allowed.
