Apartment for rent in the Canaret building, less than a 5-minute walk from Moro Beach and the Crisdan supermarket. Less than a 5-minute drive from the city center.
Canaret is a small urbanization, so it's very quiet and perfect for disconnecting. It has a communal swimming pool surrounded by a large garden, not very busy even in summer.
The apartment, with 2 bedrooms, can accommodate 6 people. With a private parking space and air conditioning, it is distributed as follows:
A separate kitchen with ceramic hob, equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, kitchen utensils and a coffee machine.
Then, a living-dining room with a double sofa bed for 2 people, a television and a dining table.
Access to the spacious, south-facing terrace with a pleasant view of the garden and swimming pool.
