This magnificent 55m² 3-room duplex mountain apartment is located on the heights of Les Orres 1800 and benefits from free access to the residence's heated indoor swimming pool.
Facing east and located on the second floor of its building, it offers a magnificent view of the entire resort, its peaks, its slopes and, looking to the left, the peaks facing the resort to the north and the valley of Lake Serre-Ponçon below.
The accommodation consists of an entrance hall with storage, a living room upstairs with a sofa bed and television, a dining room - fully equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a sleeping area, separate toilet, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and a large balcony with garden furniture to enjoy meals outside.
The accommodation includes a large number of amenities to allow you to travel light: all the kitchen utensils to prepare delicious meals at the end of the day, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, raclette machine, etc.
In terms of sleeping accommodation, you will find a 140x190cm sofa bed in the living room, a 140x190cm double bed in the ground floor bedroom which also benefits from an additional television for breakfast in bed or for everyone to enjoy their programs, a 140x190cm double bed in the upstairs bedroom, and two 80x190cm bunk beds in the upstairs sleeping area, to accommodate up to 8 people in total.
You will be located on the heights of the resort, less than 50 meters from the ski lift ticket offices, approximately 200 meters from the resort center and its small shops (restaurants, bars, supermarket and regional products, etc.), and less than 200 meters from the slopes. You will also be just a few hundred meters from the hiking trails.
You can also visit the 1650 station and its additional shops by taking the footpath which runs through the larch forest.
