This beautiful 35 m² apartment is located on the floor with elevator of its residence "Les Silènes" of the Hauts de Préclaux residence, in the Hauts de Préclaux complex, in the heart of the Orres 1800 resort.
It consists of an entrance hall with storage opening onto a sleeping area, a bathroom and separate WC then onto a living room with kitchenette, a master bedroom and a balcony.
It can easily accommodate up to 6 people in a 140 x 190 cm double bed in the master bedroom, two 90 x 190 cm single beds in the sleeping area and the 140 x 190 cm convertible sofa in the living room.
You will find everything you need for your stay with microwave, modern ceramic hobs, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.
Ideally located on Place des Orres 1800, you will be just a few steps from all the shops, restaurants and bars, as well as the snow front in winter and the hiking and mountain biking trails in summer, and its orientation towards the outside of the square will nevertheless allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet.
You will also benefit from a private ski locker in the basement of your residence as well as free access to the heated outdoor swimming pool and the residence's sauna for a relaxation session after your sports outings as well as the fitness area (space open seasonally only, summer and winter).
