This welcoming 35 m² 2-room apartment will offer you everything you need for an ideal stay.
Ideally located on Place des Orres 1800 in the "Les Valérianes" building of the Hauts de Préclaux residence, you will be close to shops, events and activities.
Facing west and boasting a large balcony, you can enjoy a morning coffee or meals in the sun.
The apartment includes an entrance hall with storage leading to the sleeping area, the bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet, a comfortable living room with television, sofa bed and equipped kitchen, a master bedroom, and a large balcony overlooking the square and facing the mountains, all in a traditional atmosphere.
In terms of sleeping accommodation, you will find a sofa bed in the living room, two single beds (90x190cm) in the sleeping area and a double bed (140x190cm) in the master bedroom, for a capacity of 6 people.
