Ideally located in the heart of Rouen's historic center, this superb apartment is housed in the former Hôtel Turgot, a 16th-century building listed as a historic monument. You will be staying in the very center of Rouen on the Place du Vieux Marché, in the heart of Rouen's pedestrian streets, a 100m walk from Place de la Pucelle, 400m from the Gros Horloge and the Cathedral, and close to the train station and bus networks.
Quietly located on the bustling Place du Vieux Marché, the apartment is very bright and not overlooked, fully equipped and tastefully decorated. You can easily explore the city on foot and enjoy the best restaurants, food shops and delicatessens in Rouen just a few meters away, including the Meilleur Ouvrier de France bakery and pastry shop, which awaits you at the foot of the apartment.
The apartment is a large apartment that can comfortably accommodate 4 adults.
Located on the floor, it is composed as follows:
- A large living room with a quality convertible sofa (140x200 cm), lounge, Smart TV, dining table for 4 people.
- A kitchen open to the living room with a raised bar area offering all the necessary equipment for delicious meals.
- A bedroom with 160x200cm bedding.
- A shower room with WC.
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, etc.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise on the terrace must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. We thank you for your understanding.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.
We will be happy to assist you throughout your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Our accommodation is ideally located near the shops, perfect for visiting the most beautiful sites in Rouen, just 1.5 hours from Paris. A paid underground parking lot (Parking du Vieux-Marché) is located across the street from the apartment.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
