You will particularly appreciate its calm and its unobstructed view of the National Library of France.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Fan, Microwave, Nespresso Coffee Machine, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The studio is ideally located:
- right in the center of the Asian district (Chinese restaurants, brasseries, shops);
- close to Place d'Italie and Bercy Village (swimming pool, cinema and cultural venues);
- close to public transport (serving the entire city and its surrounding areas);
- 5 minutes walk from the Georges Carpentier Stadium (gymnasium, football, rugby and athletics fields).
You will find a "Lidl" supermarket at the foot of the building for your small daily purchases.

The 13th arrondissement of Paris is best known for its Asian quarter, where many Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodians, and Laotians gather. The northern part of the arrondissement is more "classic" and is home to important institutions such as the National Library of France and the Olympiades district.
It also has the advantage of being close to Gare Montparnasse, known for being surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.
