- 3 minutes walk from a “Franprix” supermarket for your small daily purchases;

The 17th arrondissement is located in the northwest of Paris. Paradoxically, it's considered the most bourgeois district in Paris. It boasts an excellent quality of life, both in terms of safety, proximity, cleanliness, and calm. It boasts excellent public transport links and is just minutes from all amenities.
The Wagram-Ternes district, however, is much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact an extension of the Champs-Élysées. On the northeast side is the Batignolles district, which is a mix of old-world French and bohemian atmosphere.
