Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, the studio includes:
- a living room with a lounge area equipped with a sofa bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a spacious shower and a wall-hung toilet.
The studio was completely renovated in 2010 to meet hotel comfort standards.
With quality appliances and furnishings, as well as bedside lamps recessed into the wall and switches on either side of the bed.
For a most pleasant stay, you will have: wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, kettle, microwave, iron, hairdryer, fan, large hot water tank, etc. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The accommodation benefits from an ideal location:
- in a very calm setting;
- at the end of two tree-lined courtyards, with no street noise and discreet neighbors;
- the courtyard can be a little noisy in summer if the neighbors leave their windows open to ventilate.
You will find a multitude of restaurants nearby, offering a variety of cuisines and prices, including several Michelin-starred establishments.
For your daily shopping, Biocoop and Franprix supermarkets are less than a 5-minute walk away.

The 9th arrondissement of Paris is a very pleasant area to visit and live in. It's a shopping and entertainment district with high-end stores, numerous restaurants and theaters, and some beautiful museums. The north of the arrondissement leads you to Montmartre via the famous Pigalle and the Moulin Rouge, not to mention the charming Montmartre Cemetery. The lively south of the arrondissement is crisscrossed by the Grands-Boulevards, which radiate out around the Opéra Garnier and the Galeries Lafayette. Magnificent architecture, tree-lined courtyards, hidden alleys, and covered passageways give it a lot of charm.
