- a sleeping area with a convertible sofa (2 places);
- a functional shower room;
- and a fully equipped kitchen.
You will particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Washing machine, Refrigerator, Velux with remote control, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
It is worth noting that the kitchen faucet can be folded down to open the window.
The apartment is well-appointed. It is located:
- 160 m from the “Grands Boulevards” metro station;
- close to bars, cafes and shops.
Some good places to recommend: Le Passionné (gastronomic restaurant) and La Crème de Paris (best crepes and waffles in Paris).

A shopping and entertainment district, although a little less crowded than Les Halles, it boasts a more mature and diverse population. With its upscale yet affordable stores, restaurants and theaters everywhere, its neighborhoods still stand out from each other. The southern part of the arrondissement, noisy and lively, is home to the Grands Boulevards and the Opéra Garnier. Magnificent architecture, courtyards, and hidden streets. The northern part leads you to Montmartre via the famous Pigalle.
