- Opposite Square Montholon with children's games and paid parking (along the square);
- Close to Cadet Street and its many shops of all kinds;
- Close to the Cadet metro station and another one just a little further, Notre-Dame-de-Lorette for 2 different lines.
For your daily shopping, two small mini-markets are just a few minutes' walk from the accommodation:
- one 100 m away on rue Bleue;
- the other 200 m away on rue La Fayette.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as:
- the Palais Garnier 19 minutes on foot;
- the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Montmartre 20 minutes away;

The 9th arrondissement of Paris is a pleasant area to visit and live in. A shopping and entertainment district, while slightly less crowded than Les Halles, it boasts a more mature and diverse population.
