Ideally located in the center of the village of St Jean de Sixt, this 150m² duplex apartment is perfect for a stay with family or friends. The living space opens onto a large living room and a beautiful dining room opening onto a terrace with unobstructed mountain views. The open kitchen with its bar area is fully equipped for preparing your convivial meals around Savoyard specialties.
You'll discover two bedrooms with double beds connected by an en-suite shower room. Each bedroom has a television and one has a desk area. The third bedroom has three single beds and a bunk bed with a desk area. You'll also find a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer and a separate toilet.
Upstairs on the mezzanine floor, you'll find a second living space with a sofa and television for relaxing. A fourth bedroom is located on this floor, featuring a double bed, storage space, and a desk. Next to this bedroom is a shower room with a toilet.
In winter, you can enjoy the Massif des Aravis ski area (220km of slopes).
The apartment is located in the center of the village of Saint Jean de Sixt and 3km from La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand to enjoy the ski areas of the Massif des Aravis (220 km of slopes).
In summer, the mountains are just as beautiful and offer many activities for children and adults: mountain biking, hiking, golf, farm visits, and cheese tasting. We can give you all the best tips to make the most of your stay!
The price includes linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats – beds made on arrival!).
End of stay cleaning is included, however the premises must be left in a good condition (beds unmade, bins taken out, dishwasher emptied, etc.)
