Ideally located in the centre of the village of St Jean de Sixt, this 150m² duplex apartement is perfect for a stay with family or friends. The living area is open onto a large lounge and a beautiful dining room opening onto a terrace with uninterrupted views of the mountains. The open-plan kitchen with its bar area is fully equipped for preparing convivial meals featuring Savoyard specialities.
There are 2 bedrooms with double beds linked by an en suite shower room. Each is equipped with a television and one has a desk area. The third bedroom has 3 single beds and a bunk bed with a desk area. There is also a bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer and a separate WC.
On the mezzanine floor, you can enjoy a second living area with a sofa and television for relaxing. There is a fourth bedroom on this floor with a double bed, storage space and a desk. Next to this is a shower room with WC.
In winter, you can take advantage of the Massif des Aravis ski area (220km of pistes).
The flat is in the centre of the village of Saint Jean de Sixt and 3km from La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand, so you can take advantage of the Massif des Aravis ski area (220km of pistes).
In summer, the mountains are just as beautiful and offer a host of activities for children and adults alike: Mountain biking, hiking, golf, farm visits and cheese tasting. We can give you all the information you need to make the most of your stay!
The price includes linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!).
Cleaning at the end of your stay is included, but the property must be left in a good state (beds unmade, bins taken out, dishwasher emptied, etc.).
