Our superb loft is located in the very center of Rouen (more precisely a few meters from the city hall park), in the immediate vicinity of the best shops and restaurants in the city and a 10-minute walk from the famous old market square.
Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, this magnificent duplex loft will surprise you with its comfort and unique decor. It will offer you all the necessary comforts for a wonderful Norman stay. Everything has been designed to make you feel right at home!
With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the accommodation is broken down as follows:
- On the ground floor, a fitted "American" style kitchen opening onto a dining area, fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, worktop, plenty of storage space, kitchen utensils, etc.);
- A beautiful living room with lounge/dining room area equipped with a Smart TV (with your login details you can connect to Netflix, Prime, YouTube, Canal+, etc.);
- A small, fully renovated shower room with WC.
- Night side: upstairs, a beautiful bedroom equipped with quality Queen size bedding (160x200 cm) and a small living room;
- Adjacent to the bedroom, you will find a second bedroom equipped with two 90x200cm double beds.
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm and life of Rouen, while remaining peaceful.
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
NB: The apartment has a private parking space in the interior courtyard. Please let us know when booking if you would like it made available to you.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. We thank you for your understanding.
By staying in our apartment, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.
We will be happy to accompany our travelers throughout their stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
The accommodation is located in the very center of Rouen, in the immediate vicinity of the town hall and less than 10 minutes on foot from all the main tourist sites in the city (the Gros Horloge, the old market square, etc.).
You will live close to shops and cultural centers.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
