- and a lounge area with a sofa to relax after a day of walking.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Television (smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts), Iron, Washer/Dryer, Wi-Fi (fiber), Fan, Portable air conditioning unit for the room in summer. In winter, the heating will be set to 20° according to official recommendations.
The apartment is located near metro lines 5, 6 and 7 to go to the Eiffel Tower (in 15 to 20 minutes).
You will find a "Franprix" supermarket a 5-minute walk away for your everyday shopping.

A former industrial city, the district is still home to the incredible Manufacture Nationale des Gobelins, which has been making tapestries for French palaces for over four centuries.
Nearby, on Boulevard Arago, nestles the extraordinary secret garden of the Cité Fleurie. A former collection of artists' studios built amidst lush vegetation at the end of the 19th century for the Universal Exhibition, this place conveys the spirit of its illustrious residents, from Paul Gauguin to Amedeo Modigliani.
The Gobelins district, a very pleasant place to live, offers numerous cultural venues, local shops, and green spaces to its residents. Its Haussmann-style buildings sit alongside small houses lining leafy, flower-lined paths.
