Located on the second floor of building B, it comprises an entrance hall leading to a kitchen equipped with a hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and a dining area with a view. A living room with two armchairs and a TV, and a bedroom with a double bed and a closet. The accommodation also has a mezzanine with two bunk beds.
Shower room with shower, sink and toilet. Unobstructed view.
The Residence is located on the heights of Saint Pierre La Mer, 900 m from the shops and 900 m from the sea. It has a swimming pool open from June 7 to September 24. Swimming pool. A tennis court is also available upon reservation.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
