Welcome to "309 Les Fougères" in Moliets-et-Maa! 🌞
Ideally located, my apartment will be perfect for a tourist stay with friends or family, accommodating up to 6 people maximum, 5 ideally, composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 with 1 double bed and the other with 2 bunk beds, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bathtub), a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. You will also have a beautiful south-facing TERRACE giving a wonderful VIEW of the golf course, sheltered from the strong summer sun by cork oaks.
You will have at your disposal to have an excellent stay: Parking, Shared swimming pool, Television, Dishwasher, Elevator, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Kettle.
Discover the region and its must-see places such as Moliet Beach, lively with its bars and restaurants, and the more secluded and quiet Chênes Lièges Beach, the Adrenaline Park, the Sports Course, the Moliets Pond and the Courant d'Huchet.
A variety of activities will be available, including surfing, cycling, hiking, tennis, fishing, and, of course, golf. The residence's shared swimming pool will, of course, be available for you to relax in the sun.
Bars, restaurants, and shops are nearby. Bike rentals at Vélos du Golf are a 9-minute walk away, and U Express and Drive are a 9-minute drive away.

Moliets is a typical Landes village, festive and lively all year round. Close your eyes, you're there... Do you see this small village square, decorated with pennants and garlands in the spirit of a guinguette? For those looking for little hidden corners, we join the marked trails starting from the fronton; the Moliets pond and the Prade pond are at the end of the road. And if you like small "built" heritage, stop at the Mâa chapel, this preserved place will be the opportunity to take a break on the road to Pichelèbe. In Moliets, people also come to play golf between the forest and the ocean. Golfers, both beginners and experienced, play all year round on this 18-hole course designed by Robert Trent Jones. And to get around during the holidays, leave the car and cycle on the incredible network of cycle paths that connect the golf course and the beaches via the village. The famous Vélodysée, the great cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, passes not far from here, 5 minutes away and allows you to take beautiful rides through the pine forests, without difficulty.
